The Second Season of the popular Adult Swim hit, "Harvey Birdman, Attorney At Law" will arrive on DVD October 10th, distributed by Warner Home Video. A DVD 2-Pack, featuring Seasons One and Two will hit the streets the same day.
Starring the voices of Gary Cole and Stephen Colbert, "Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law: Season Two" will be a 2-Disc Collector’s Set with a Suggested Retail Price of $29.98.
But who pays retail? Not Harvey - or you. Expect to pay about twenty-one bucks for the pleasure of hosting Harvey in your own home.
Once a second-rate superhero, Harvey Birdman is now a third-rate lawyer, with bad-knees and a bad-attitude, working at an upscale law firm. It’s not clear whether Harvey ever went to law school, but he definitely knows the lingo and he has a nice suit – even if he still insists on wearing his superhero get-up underneath.
Harvey is working like crazy to get ahead, representing animated heavyweights such as Grape Ape, The Jetsons, Droopy and Quickdraw McGraw. Lucky for them, Harvey has vast expertise in fields like copyright law, criminal defense and civil litigation - or at least he can fake it.
Season Two marks the debut of “Birdgirl,” who sets out to prove her superhero litigating skills in the offices of Sebben and Sebben, arriving just in time to assist Harvey in the defense of Morocco Mole.
Featuring Gary Cole as the voice of Harvey Birdman, this DVD release will contain 13 episodes from the show plus commentary on nine episodes featuring Cole, Stephen Colbert, John Michael Higgins, Peter MacNicol, Paget Brewster and Chris Edgerly.
