"Night At The Museum" will come to DVD on April 24th, distributed by Fox Home Entertainment. The film will be available on a single disc in separate widescreen and full screen versions), in a 2-Disc Special Edition and on Blu-ray Disc.
Ben Stiller stars as Larry Daley, an unlucky, yet hopeful dreamer who takes a job as a graveyard-shift security guard at a famous museum. When it closes at night, Larry soon learns that things are not what they seem when a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton wants to play fetch, an Easter Island monolith talks to him and Attila The Hun attacks.
With the museum denizens loose and not wanting to lose his job, Larry turns to a re-animated wax figure of President Theodore Roosevelt (played by Robin Williams) to help save the museum. The film also stars Paul Rudd, Dick Van Dyke and Mickey Rooney.
The Special Edition will arrive full of bonus features including deleted and extended scenes with optional commentary by director Shawn Levy and Ben Stiller, an alternate opening, a gag-reel, behind the scenes featurettes, and a DVD-ROM Explorer Game.
All versions will include also include commentary by Shawn Levy and Ben Stiller as well as the film's writers, Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon.

"Night At The Museum" will feature audio in English (Dolby Surround 5.1 DTS ) and French and Spanish (Dolby Surround), along with English and Spanish subtitles
The 2-Disc Edition will carry a Suggested Retail price of $34.98, while the single disc versions will go for $29.98. The Blu-ray Disc version will retail for $39.98. Actual "street prices" will vary, but we expect them to be as low as $24.00, $21.00 and $28.00, respectively.
