DVD Releases for July 22, 2008

New for you this week:

Some college students head to the casino and somehow always win, a high school student tries desperately to fit in, three friends in a small town take it on the chin,"Robot Chicken" returns with a "Star Wars" spin, cartoons and puppets make us grin, as does a sitcom from the "Shaun of the Dead" kin.

As for the rest of the new releases, well, in these dog days of July, things are looking mighty thin (much to our chagrin).

21 "21" is a high stakes thriller inspired by the true story of MIT students who mastered the art of card counting and took Vegas casinos for millions. The cast includes Jim Sturgess, Kate Bosworth, Laurence Fishburne and Kevin Spacey. Two Tickets to Paradise "Two Tickets to Paradise" an indie flick premiering in theatres and on DVD this week, stars John McGinley, Ed Harris, Moira Kelly, Paul Hipp and D.B.
